By default link management access is available to WordPress Administrator only.

In a few scenarios, you want to give link management access to your other roles like Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber, or any other roles.. We've got you covered. You can give link management access to other roles using Once you install and activate the URL Shortify PRO, you will find Access Control settings in URL Shortify > Settings > Access Control

What does each access mean?

  • Create Link - Users can create links, and edit & delete links they have created.

  • Manage Links - Users can create links. Edit & Delete all links. (also manage links others have created)

  • Manage Groups - Users can create links. Edit & Delete all links. (also manage links others have created)

  • Manage Custom Domains - Users can create, edit, and delete custom domains.

  • Settings - Users can manage all other link-related settings.

Note: This feature is available only in
