How to Generate Short Links in Bulk
Step 1: Access the WordPress Admin Dashboard
Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
Navigate to Posts, Pages, or any Custom Post Type section where you want to generate short links.
Step 2: Select Items for Bulk Action
In your chosen section, check the boxes next to the items you want to generate short links for.
Use the select-all checkbox at the top of the list to choose all items on the current page.
Step 3: Choose the Bulk Action
From the Bulk Actions dropdown menu at the top of the item list, select Generate Short Link.
Step 4: Apply the Bulk Action
Click the Apply button next to the Bulk Actions dropdown.
The system will process your request and generate short links for all selected items.
Step 5: Review Generated Short Links
After processing, review the generated short links in the Short Link column.
If you don’t see the column, enable it by clicking on Screen Options at the top right and checking the Short Link option.
