No Changes Found

Possible reasons:

• Search value does not exactly match stored data
• Wrong tables or targets selected
• Value differs by case, especially in Free mode

What to do:

1. Copy exact URL/text from the database or page source.
2. In PRO, enable Case-Insensitive if needed.
3. Run a Dry Run and inspect details.

Permission Denied or Unauthorized

• You must be an administrator with manage_options capability.

Import Fails

Check:

• File extension is .sql or .sql.gz
• File was actually uploaded
• Manual file path is correct

If the file is large, use manual FTP/SFTP upload and retry.

Undo Restored Only Some Rows

This is expected when values changed again after the original replace. Undo restores only rows that still match stored replacement details.

Best Safety Checklist

1. Always create a backup first.
2. Run Dry Run before real replace.
3. Validate affected pages after replace.
4. Keep history entries until QA is complete.
