How-To Guides

History, Details, Undo, and Delete (PRO)

Every non-dry-run replacement is logged so you can audit and, when possible, roll it back.

What Is Saved in History

  • Date/time
  • Search and replace values
  • Tables involved
  • Total changes and updated rows
  • Detailed row-level before/after values
  • Entry status (Active or Undone)

View Details

  1. Go to Update URLS > History.
  2. Click Details on an entry.
  3. Review table, column, row ID, before value, and after value.

History Details

Undo an Entry

  1. In History, click Undo for an active entry.
  2. Confirm the action.
  3. Plugin attempts to restore original values from stored details.

Undo Notes

  • Undo can skip rows that changed again after the original operation.
  • You will see counts for restored versus skipped rows.

Delete an Entry

  • Click Delete to remove a history record.
  • This only removes the log entry, not database changes.

Retention

  • History is capped to the latest 50 entries.
