Manage Magic Links in Admin

Magic Link includes an admin area to create, review, and manage login links.

Create a Link Manually

1. Go to Magic Link > Magic Links.
2. Click Generate New.
3. Select the user.
4. Set lifespan and other options.
5. Generate the link and copy/send it.

View Existing Links

The list view helps you track:

• User
• Status (active/expired/used)
• Expiry date
• IP details (when available)

Bulk Actions

You can select multiple records and apply actions such as delete (and, in PRO, mark links as used/expired in bulk).
